Sweet makes: knit donuts & crochet biscuits

To get started. Cast on 16 sts Row 1: Knit Row 2: Purl

Increases: Row 3: * KFB, K1 * (repeat between *) Row 4: Purl Row 5: * KFB, K2 * (repeat between *) Row 6: Purl Row 7: * KFB, K3 * (repeat between *) Row 8: Purl Row 9: Knit Row Row 10: Purl Row

Cast off. Using a yarn needle sew the inside edges together, stuff the tube and sew the open ends together. Use your adorable new knit donut as a pin cushion - the pin heads will look like sprinkles!

To make biscuit base & jam filling. Ch 5, ss ends to make loop Rnd 1: ch2, tr 11 in loop, ss (12) Rnd 2: ch2, tr in same st, 2tr in each, ss and fasten off (24)

To make top. Ch 8, ss ends to make loop Rnd 1: ch2, tr13, ss Rnd 2: ch1, dc in same st, 2dc in each, ss and fasten off (28)

Finish it off. Pop on safety eyes and stitch a little mouth using black yarn and a yarn needle. Sew all three layers together to make your biscuit.
