This is was so quick to make! With minimal edgings there was hardly any finishing, so good-to-go almost as soon as I had cast off! I made the newborn size, but the baby was tiny so only just getting in to it at five weeks old. It's a great style for a newborn because it can be worn single-breasted around the house or double-breasted outside in the pram
