I wanted something to to hang on my wall. Something Nordic folk art inspired, that could hang both for Christmas and beyond. So instead of paint i wanted to use de yarn i had lying around. But as soon as i started, things started going wrong 😓. Like not having enough whit yarn and buying a new skien but finding this new dye lot is creamy in color; or like having to frog and change the way i was making it 4 times because i could it was not coming out nice 😮‍💨. In de end i used duplicate stichting to get the pattern, but i had a lot of things to cut out and do over again and again😮‍💨😓 . But i fine 😅😸. Over al i did not enjoy (almost hated) the process of making it, so when it was done i was not happy with it. But now that it has been on my wall, am slowly coming around to it. And i do still love the design and the feeling it gives off with the little house surrounded nature. (The last picture is the pattern, if you like it feel free to use it. let me know if you do 🤗)
