I am fascinated by changes of directions in a piece of knitting that are caused by transitions between long rows and short pieces of knitting. For the quadrats I didn’t choose a regular decrease, either, but sort of braided the stitches in. For the yarns I chose a combination of plaincolored yarns and sock yarn that makes a large pattern. One side of the scarf is decorated with thick braids.

Bei den Wollen verwendete ich Uni-Garne in Kombination mit einem groß-rapportigen Sockengarn. Den Abschluss bilden dicke geflochtene Zöpfe an einer Seite der Stola.
