Ideal wool for knitting socks, the needles just fly. Good choice of colours. I have bought this sock yarn / 4ply wool before and have been pleased with the results.

Disappointed
The yarn is fine but not great. I find Valley yarns very disappointing generally… poor quality. Lovecrafts have considerably reduced their offerings though and this is by one of their major brands. I have begun to look for alternative yarn suppliers which is a shame after 10 years, but as we know private equity ruins everything
