Product Description
Stranded mittens inspired by traditional Norwegian ‘Selbu’ mittens. The main motif on these mittens resemble Norwegian waffles (vaffel). A picot cuff gives the mittens a feminine look.
Mittens can be worked on double pointed needles or circular needles using the magic loop or 2 circulars methods).
Any 4ply yarn which knits to the correct tension can be used.
Materials: Navia Duo (4ply; 100% Pure Wool, 180m/197yds per 50g) Small Size: 1 ball each of 225 Plum (C1) & 22 Light Grey (C2) Large Size: 1 ball each of 213 Green (C1) & 236 Yellow (C2) 3.25mm (UK 10/US 3) double pointed needles or circular needle, 80cm (32in) length

Tension: 27.5 sts and 28 rows over 10cm/4in in stranded pattern after blocking. A difference in tension may affect the final size and amount of yarn used.
