Product Description
The Turtle Tee is your go-to for extra warmth without the bulk when the seasons change. The air spun yarn is lofty and very lightweight. The short sleeves make it perfect to also wear it under a coat during those cold winter months.
It is a project for the advanced knitter, worked flat and with increases and decreases for shaping to accommodate a for a perfect fit.
The Italian Tubular Cast On and Bind Off ad well as the Twisted Rib are detailed techniques to give it a sophisticated look. Video Tutorials are available as well as photos.
The final measurements of the bust circumference are:
XS: 34” (S: 36”) M: 38” (L: 40”) XL: 42”
The final measurements for the length at center back without the collar for all sizes is 16.5”.
The pattern includes instructions for the length of the body to be adjusted to personal preference. There are also instructions on modifying the turtle neck to a mock turtle or crew neck. Just make sure you have enough yarn to accommodate for the changes.
