Turtle Family

The turtles are here! 🐢

Knitted flat on 4.5mm straight knitting needles, there is no working in the round needed for this pattern, and it’s suitable for anyone who has mastered the basics (knit, purl, increasing and decreasing) You can use any chunky yarn you like to knit these (the pictured turtles use a combination of Rico Essentials Mega Wool Chunky and Stylecraft Special Chunky which are gorgeous to knit with) You'll also need 6mm and 9mm black toy safety eyes (or you can embroider the eyes if you prefer)

Turtles measure 16cm long (baby turtle) and 24cm long (big turtle) when completed. From the recommended yarn you can knit two big turtles and one little turtle.
