Toddler's Dress with Ribbon Tie

A lovely little dress with front buttoning neck. The skirt section is in a simple vertical eyelet pattern set on a reverse stocking stitch background - this adds surface interest as well as making the eyelets stand out. There are 2 rows of shaping incorporated to give flare to the skirt. The yoke is in plain stocking stitch with eyelets made for the ribbon tie. If you prefer you could crochet a tie instead. The hem has a pretty picot edge to complete this cute design. Worked bottom up and with full written instructions.
