The Simply Violet Cardigan

This simple short sleeve cardigan with buttons is worked widthways from the bottom up in one piece. Once we’ve reached the height for the armholes, we will continue working on the back panel and two front panels of the garment separately while leaving some space for the armhole opening. Once finished, we will sew the tops of the shoulders together. Moving on to create a nice edging along the neckline and bottom of the main body panel with button holes made along the way, edgings for the sleeves are worked in the same pattern by crocheting in the round. The last step is to add some buttons of your choice to the cardigan.
