CONSTRUCTION:

The pullover is worked top-down in back-and-forth rows. It has an open back and is fastened with sew-on snaps.

MATERIALS:

• Sock yarn: 75% wool, 25% nylon / polyamide

(400–420 m / 100 g or 200–210 m / 50 g)

• 2–3 sew-on snaps (5–6 mm)

• Some waste yarn or two large stitch holders

TOOLS:

• Needles 2 mm (US 0)

• Double-pointed needles (DPNs) 2–2.5 mm – for sleeves

• 4–5 stitch markers

YARDAGE:

Total yarn usage: approx. 30 g (≈ 120–125 m / 130–140 yds) in total, including

– approx. 20 g of the main (solid-color) yarn (≈ 80–85 m / 85–95 yds)

– approx. 10 g of the contrast (variegated) yarn (≈ 40–42 m / 40–45 yds)
