Techniques Used

• Double stranding: Two strands of yarn are held together at all times throughout the entire project. • Striped color work: Colors are changed at regular 4" intervals by cutting the contrast color and joining the next, following a specific sequence that cycles through Pink Rose, Cameo Pink, and Aqua multiple times across the length of the blanket.
• Casting on and binding off: The blanket begins with a cable or long-tail cast-on of 135 stitches and is bound off on a right-side row after the final garter stitch border section.
• Weaving in ends: Because colors are cut and rejoined at each stripe transition, finishing involves weaving in all yarn ends securely for a clean, professional result.

Stitches Used
