Stole "forget-me-nots"

How much more poetic than "Myosotis" does "forget-me-nots" sound for these little blue flo-wers? This name has been known for more than 500 years and has been translated literally from German into English, French and Italian. The tiny blossoms allegedly resemble the eyes of people newly in love, and to this day, they are given as a proof of love and fidelity. Since blue also hap-pens to be my favorite colour, I bought a lovely gradient yarn cake and knitted a scarf full of forget-me-nots.
