Product Description
Star Gazing, is a top down seamless raglan sweater with all-over colourwork. The neckline is worked in ribbing, followed by short rows at the back of the neck that make for a more comfortable fit. Compound raglan increases are worked down the yoke simultaneously with colourwork that features single stars and spruce twigs inspired by knitting motifs from Selbu in Norway. Once the yoke is complete the stitches are divided into sleeves, front and back, and underarm stitches are cast on. The colourwork continues down the body and sleeves, and the hem and cuffs are finished off with miniature triangular motifs and ribbing.
Please note regarding complexity of the pattern that short rows, colourwork and raglan increases are all worked at the same time.
