Product Description
SOMMATINO - a man's guernsey in DK-weight wool. The guernsey has a good but relaxed fit and has been created out of love for the British navy style patterns .The jersey is worked flat from a written pattern with charts. There are 4 different charts: A for the welt and cuffs, B for the lower part of the body and the sleeves, C for the upper part of the body and D for the collar. The sleeves are drop-sleeves. Difficulty of execution measured from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 3. The measurements throughout the pattern are given in cm as well as inches.
Wool used by us: SPORT, 100 % merino wool, 500 – 600 – 700 – 900 g, DK-weight. 100 g = 250 meters (272 yds). From Campolmi Roberto Filati, Italy.
**Needles: **no 4 mm, 4 ½ mm.
**Tension/gauge in stocking st: **20 sts on needles no 4 ½ mm = 10 cm (4 in).
