Product Description
I may be somewhat biased, but for me, these easy socks are for me the perfect combination of easy knitting and a fun detail that is easy to memorize and work. These are ideal for self striping yarns that can obscure more complicated stitch patterns. They are knit toe up.
Pattern contains The pattern is fully written out and charted (short rows for the heel are written out only).
Two options for the toe are given - a narrow wedge toe and a medium wedge toe. It is simple to substitute your preferred method if you wish,
Written with a Fleegle heel, but it is again simple to change to your preferred heel method.
Length is easily customizable and it is simple for the experienced knitter to customize width with additional stitches between the pattern stitches.
My sample is in Schachenmayr Regia Design Line Stripe Collection by Kaffe Fassett. Similar substitutes available from Loveknitting are listed (you only need 1 skein per pair).
