Soft Honeycomb hat

This hat, companion piece to Soft Honeycomb cowl, works up quickly in bulky weight yarn and is ideal for a last-minute gift. It begins with a tubular cast-on for a neat and stretchy edge and works up from the ribbed lower edge to the crown.

Offered in three sizes, Youth/Teen to fit head circumference 19-20”/48-51cm, Small Adult to fit head circumference 21-22”/53-56cm, Large Adult to fit head circumference 23-24”/58-61cm, when worked to pattern tension of 21 sts and 20 rows to 4”/10cm measured over Honeycomb Cable pattern. The Honeycomb Cable pattern is given using both written and charted instructions, and a link to a photo tutorial is provided for the tubular cast-on.
