A Super Yarn
This is a lovely yarn, you just have to be careful as it can split easily. I’ve used this many times and love the finish. There does not seem to be the same yardage on the ball as before make sure you order extra.

Lovely yarn to work with. I've used it for crochet. I'm doing an American pattern which says to use Lion Brand Coboo, this is a good substitute.
I have a new grand niece and have knitted blankets, a romper, a pinafore, and a cardigan all in the same wool using different colors. The pale green is especially nice. The most important thing for me when knitting for a baby is that the wool is soft and a natural fiber. It behaved really well over all the projects I did and my niece absolutely loves all the items I have knitted. I would love to see a bigger range of colors in this yarn, maybe a pale yellow. Anyway, lovely wool to knit with. I...
I'm using it for a baby blanket. It is silky soft and not prone to splitting. It is smoother and has less splitting than other yarns. I crocheted the same blanket in a different yarn, and the baby Bamboo is much easier to work with.
I've been using Sirdar Snuggly Baby Bamboo DK yarn for many years. It's great for people with wool sensitivities, has beautiful stitch definition, and holds its color.
I bought this wool to knit a baby garment. The yarn knits up beautifully , has a nice silky feel and will be perfect for a new born. Not scratchy. I bought a pattern.it was easy to read and will be useful lots more times. This was my first time ordering a pattern without getting a hard copy. No problems printing it and I can see it stored in my account. A good experience.
So soft and smooth! Easy to work with, and creates garments that are warm but light and breathable. Perfect for summer wear, or for when you don’t want too much warmth, but warm enough as an under-layer in cold weather without making you sweat. Soft against sensitive skin, and bamboo is a wonderfully sustainable material. Color was as shown, with a slight natural sheen.
Knits up beautifully and so soft. Perfect for newborns, even premature
Well, I don't have it yet, but I've worked with Sirdar Snuggly Baby Bamboo before and it's a very lithe and smooth yarn to work with. The resulting knitted piece is sturdy and supple at the same time, if that makes any sense.
I'm knitting a baby jacket with this. It's wonderfully soft and a beautiful colour. Practical - it can be easily washed and the bonus is it's bamboo! Be aware it doesn't have the same structure as other yarns, creates a 'floppier' garment.
