You just need 1 ball of super chunky yarn - 100g / 3.5 oz (55 m / 60 yds) and voila you have yourself at great hat.
Tension / Gauge
Approximately 8 = 9 sts and 12 - 13 rows to 10 cm / 4 in square over the pattern (seed stitch) on 10mm needles.
Tension / gauge is not crucial for this hat, it should only result in a slight variation of size on the finished article.
