Short Stories Cardigan

An everyday crochet cardigan made with a simple stitch pattern full of texture and drape. Includes short row set-in sleeves worked directly from the shaped armholes to create a tailored feel and a classic layering piece.

This is an intermediate/experienced level pattern requiring the ability to read and closely follow written patterns.

The pattern requires working in rows and rounds, increases, decreases, shaping, blocking, seaming, short rows, rib stitches and adding buttons and button holes.

The pattern includes complete written instructions, two sizing schematics, a photo guide for the construction and short rows and links to a video tutorial demonstrating the short row technique used for the shoulder / sleeve.

Sizes 2x-5x also use foundation single crochet stitches (technique described along with a link to a written and video tutorial)
