Product Description
Shelly Mae is a sheep that like to sit around day dreaming about the wonderful things that will be made with her wool. She is easy to make in any size you want.
Shelly Mae is knit in the round using double pointed needles and her arms and legs are made using I-Cords. The pattern is written for a small-ish sheep using worsted weight yarn and US#3 double pointed needles. You can easily ‘upsize’ Shelly Mae by using a bulky yarn & US# 8 dpns.
The pattern is written is US Terminology, step by step easy to follow. You will need knowledge of casting on, binding off, knit stitch, purl stitch, increase, decrease, icord and knitting, loop stitch, knitting in the round.
Skills needed: Confidence working with double pointed needles I-cord.
