Product Description
Seisa the Sea Turtle is Saya's twin, but with a twist: she is made using ONLY Super Bulky (6)! So many people love Saya that I decided to rework the pattern, and I love how Seisa turned out! And she too is completely no-sew. AND because I love options, I've also included Version 2, which is a top shell using Jumbo yarn (7). It wasn't quite as simple as I'd hoped, and I had to write (and include!) 2 shell versions to account for yarn brand differences, but she turned out just as cute as Saya. Bonus: Seisa's pattern also includes 2 different head options! (You see? I just can't stop myself!)
Materials:
6mm hook (+8mm if doing Version 2)
Limbs: 165g / 122yds Super Bulky (6) yarn (Bernat Blanket)
Bottom Shell: 120g / 90yds Super Bulky (6) yarn (Bernat Blanket)
Top Shell: 130g / 96yds Super Bulky (6) yarn (Bernat Blanket)
Version 2 Top Shell:170g / 75yds Jumbo (7) yarn (Premier Parfait XL)
25-30mm safety eyes (or approx. 24" black and 15" white worsted yarn, if embroidering)
