The design features the juxtaposition of industrial steelworks against a bright, Greek-influenced white apartment complex, translated into a knitted hat through strategic use of color contrast. This downloadable knitting pattern creates a finished hat suitable for any wearer, regardless of gender.

Design and Construction

The Saldanha hat is simply constructed from the bottom to the crown, making it an ideal beginner knitting project. The hat is worked in the round using circular needles or double-pointed needles, progressing upward from the brim to the peak.
