Ruke scarf

The Ruke scarf is a great project for beginner knitters who want to learn the short rows technique. This scarf is worked in a Seed stitch pattern, so both sides of it are identical. The knitting pattern is written in three sizes – XS, S and M, so each size scarf will be a different length when knit. This is a great project for those chilly days when you need a little extra warmth around your neck.

**Yarns (three yarns held together):**1. Filcolana, Arwetta (80% Superwash merino wool, 20% Nylon; 50g (1.75oz) = 210m (230yds)). 2. Filcolana, Arwetta (80% Superwash merino wool, 20% Nylon; 50g (1.75oz) = 210m (230yds)). 3. Filcolana, Tilia (70% Kid mohair, 30% Silk; 25g (0.9oz) = 210m (230yds)).

**Yarn weight (Worsted / Afghan / Aran):**1. Filcolana, Arwetta: 50 (100) 100 g 1.75 (3.5) 3.5 oz 1 (2) 2 ball 210 (420) 420 m 230 (460) 460 yds 2. Filcolana, Tilia: 1 (1) 1 balls

**Gauge:**10cm x 10cm (4in x 4in) = 16 stitches x 35 rows in Seed stitch pattern after washing.
