You can make a pom pom using a pom pom maker or any alternative method. You can also use a store bought pom pom or bell instead, on the hat.

Size of Roan the Gnome Reindeer is approximately 23cm tall to the top of his hat and 28cm round his belly. (Using the recommended yarn and hook).
