Patons Classic Wool was used for the lemongrass sample, but other worsted weights can be easily substituted as long as they are similar and you can meet gauge. This hat looks great in a variety of merino wool, wool blends and also acrylic yarns. I do not recommend cotton or cotton blends for this design as the cotton can greatly affect the positive ease and overall fit of your hat.
The pattern includes instructions to make sizes from toddler thru adult large.
