What you need to make this headband: Yarn and hook: sport or DK yarn of your choice (30 gr) and a 3.00 mm hook (UK11) (US 10/3). I used the brand Phil Cotton 4 which is a DK yarn. Tapestry needle for weaving ends. Used terms (American terminology): chain (ch), chain space (ch-sp), stitch (st.), slip stitch (sl st), skip (sk), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), 3-ch picot. Finished measurement of headband without ties: 30 cm / 11.81” across and 7 cm / 2.75” down with crown part included.
