Pretty in Pink Shawlette

This triangular stockinette stitch shawlette uses dropped stitches to mimic the look of stripes. The simple stitch pattern lets the mohair yarn take center stage.

Materials Galler Yarns Flore II (75% mohair/20% wool/5% nylon, 1.75 oz/50 g, 100 yd/91 m) – 3 skeins 077, or approximately 260 yd (238 m) in any light weight, mohair blend yarn.

US 10/6 mm 40” (100 cm) circular needles, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.

Yarn needle.

Stitch marker.

Gauge 13 sts x 16 rows in stockinette st = 4” (10 cm) across. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
