Potager Overalls

The perfect cozy overalls to stay warm while exploring! This pattern includes loads of thoughtful details, including TWO options (with and without buttoned legs), and the most adorable knee “patches”. A properly shaped seat and roomy gusset at the crotch mean that the garment will fit right and accommodate even cloth diapers.

CONSTRUCTION:

These overalls are knit seamlessly and top-down from the waist to the ankles. Short rows are worked in the seat area and a generous gusset is worked at the crotch. The waist stitches are then picked up and the front bib and back straps are worked from the bottom up. For the buttoned leg option, stitches are picked up along the inner legs to work two button bands.
