PomPom Fringe Border

This pattern tutorial is for a fringe-like finishing touch without having to do actual fringe. This border is simple to make, using a combination of simple stitches to make a dangling puff ball that mimics a pompom without the mess of making pompoms. It can be made with any yarn and any hook size to add a fun edge to any project. All you need is a stitch count of 3+1, 4+1, or 5+1.
