Product Description
The Petite Pocket Pets pattern makes six tiny and lovable toy animals for you to cherish. The instructions include a House Cat, Doodle Pup, Pug Pup, Dutch Rabbit, Lop Rabbit, and Teddy-bear Hamster. There is also a bonus bandanna scarf to accessorise your toys.
All the toys are 8 cm (3") tall, and knit flat from worsted weight yarn. The techniques required include stockinette and garter stitch, common increases and decreases, bobbles, and intarsia. Each toy uses only 15-20 g of yarn, so they're perfect for using up small amounts left-over from other projects. Or, knit a whole litter of Petite Pets!
Other materials required include 4 mm (US size 6) knitting needles, stuffing, 6 mm safety eyes (or buttons), a tapestry needle, and fine yarn to embroider the faces.
