Owl You See Me Hat

This is a fun owly hat that is worked from the crown back to the crown. Yes, it is double thick! This serves as a multi-purpose. The double thick hat is extra warm and cozy while it hides all those pesky strands of yarn from working the owl chart. Bonus, you can wear the hat with the owl side or the lining side out. It is complete reversible! Pair this design with a soft squishy yarn, and you won’t want to take it off. 

Materials 120, (145)—yards of a worsted weight yarn in Main Color (MC) and 150, (185)—yards of a worsted weight yarn in Contrast color (CC). (add 20 yards or so if you are making a pom pom)

• US Size 6 (4mm) and 7 (4.5mm): 16” or 24” circular needle
• US Size 7 (4.5mm) set of double pointed needles (DPNs)
• 8, (9) stitch markers (7, (8) in one color and 1 in a different color)
