Ollie Baby Cardigan Set.
Pattern gives instructions to knit the cardigan, short trousers, peaked cap and t-strap baby booties.
A lovely to knit pattern which makes a super gift for the new arrival. The pattern consists of a round necked, long sleeved cardigan which has an easy to knit stripe and eyelet pattern. The peaked baby hat is knitted in stocking stitch with garter stitch stripes. Short trousers have an elasticated ribbed waistband. Cute T-Strap style baby booties complete the pattern which is a relatively quick knit.
The pattern is worked flat on two needles and the pattern gives instructions to knit the outfit in size 0-3 Months with a finished chest measurement of 16in. It is also suitable for life-size reborn dolls 19-21in.
Set shown is knitted in James C Brett Supreme Baby DK. I have also successfully knitted the set using King Cole, Sirdar and Paintbox Baby Yarns.
