i'm using this new-to-me yarn right now to make a pair of boot socks. the price was great. it has a nice feel to it - sturdy, like the wool of olden days. the colors were great. i love that it has 25% polyamide, so the socks will last longer - wish there were more wools like this. aaaaand, it can be machine washed. the only downside is that it takes a bit longer to knit, as it's much stiffer than the yarn that i usually use - cascade 220 superwash.
Bought this wool to add sleeves to my grandson's slipover, knitted before Christmas. The dye lot numbers were the same. Amazing as I had purchased the wool in October! No problems with colour matching but had decided to take the risk anyway.
This is lovely wool. It has 25% polyamide. It is very nice to knit with and comes in beautiful colours. I chose Violet and was very pleased with the shade.

This wool is soft and cosy and the colour was shown accurately on the website. Really great quality.
