Neon Stripe Blanket

Create your own Neon Stripe blanket.  This beginner pattern is an easy pattern but will start to use more stitches and slightly more techniques. It is still suitable for a beginner, but has a bit more challenge. The pattern has instructions, photographs and yarn supply list to create the Neon Stripe afghan.
