Lucy - prem baby striped hat

This pattern includes two styles of 8ply Beanies. One is worked in stocking stitch with two row stripes and has a garter stitch brim; the other is worked entirely in garter stitch, in four row stripes. The patterns includes three prem sizes and a newborn size.

Pattern sizes: Prem 1 (Prem 2-Prem 3-Newborn).

To fit head: 20 (25-30-35) cm [8 (10-12-14) ins].

Yarn required for either beanie:

Creative Basics Esther 8ply, 100g balls@220m.

Small quantity 1st Colour (C1-aqua)

Small quantity 2nd Colour (C2-mauve)

Small quantity 3rd Colour (C3-lemon)

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles, and, 21 sts and 43 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over garter st, using 4.00mm needles.
