The Little Louis Hat

This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up using two contrasting colors in worsted weight yarn. Stranded knitting technique is used. Only two colors of yarn are used at once in patterns are no longer than 7 stitches between yarn colors. Pattern repeats every 20 stitches.

**One size: 9” x 9”; 23 x 23 cm **

Yarn: worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colors; I suggest brown and a very light tan, approximately 100 grams/210 yards of each color Yarn used here: Malabrigo Rios in chocolate and lonja solid color

**Techniques used:**M1R: Make one right leaning stitch increase by 1 stitch K2T0G: knit 2 stitches together; decrease by 1 stitch SK2PO: slip stitch, k2tog, pass slip st over; decrease by 2 stitches
