Very bitterly disappointed by this well-trusted yarn as it ran in the very first wash (possibly the very not brown but actually green chocolate ombré rather than the desert tones) and now it all looks gruesome rather than the original colours plus I've a load of very ruined other clothes. Never had a problem before. Beware, especially if you're using certain colourways to coordinate or gift. :(
First time I've used a cotton yarn as it was for a toddler cardigan for a little girl who lives abroad , so I wanted something cooler. Absolutely delighted with my finished garment, even had enough for a little sun hat.

Always loved sugar n cream line, it is a reliable option and pretty much my go-to as it works great for so many different projects. This colorway was so subtle and pretty, the hints of grey-blue were just perfect.

Lily Sugar n Cream is a stiffer cotton yarn. I love it for baby blankets bc it’s inexpensive and 100% cotton. I have tried using it for other items and it’s not the best finished fabric in my opinion. Still, the colors are vibrant and don’t bleed when washed. And as I mentioned bc it’s 100% cotton a lot of parents prefer it for baby blankets.
Love the color combination! I am making bathroom items with this yarn, specifically bathing poufs. The first one of this varigated yarn has turned out lovely!

Lily sugar n cream ombré is a cotton yarn was easy to work with. I crocheted a newsboy hat in the red white blue got lots of compliments especially as I was wearing on the 80th Anniversary of D-Day
