Katherine of Aragon Tudor Doll Knitting Pattern - Toy Knitting Pattern
Product Description
Katherine of Aragon Tudor Doll Knitting Pattern
Here is Henry VIII's first wife, Katherine of Aragon. The doll is 19cm tall, with the body and legs knitted all-in-one. I have taken inspiration from the paintings of this Tudor Queen when designing the outfit. The bodice, arms, and kirtle are knitted in a fair isle motif, and the French hood uses garter stitch to give texture. The doll is finished off with beads to portray jewellery.
