K834-Fun with Diamonds Shawlette

This beautiful shawlette starts with three blocks worked from center out that are joined in a triangular shape. This shape helps to keep the shawlette on shoulders. Stitches are picked up on two sides creating the wingspan. The sides are decreased as the work progresses to make the pointed edge. The inside edge of the shawlette is finished with applied I-cord and the outside is decorated with a narrow edging. Since the I-cord is a tighter knit, the inside edge is pulled in to create a crescent shape to the shawlette.
