Product Description
Our Joshua baby pattern contains knitting instructions for a Baby Blanket in 3 different sizes: Small Newborn (22″), Newborn (25″) and Baby (30″).
This design uses garter stitch for the borders and an easy combined knit, yarn forward and purl pattern for the main section of the blanket, which is suitable to a knitter with some experience of following pattern stitches.
The yarn I used for this pattern is Woolcraft Baby DK, but it will knit up to any DK yarn providing you check the tension. The small Newborn blanket takes 100g, the Newborn blanket takes 200g and the Baby blanket takes 300g.
You will also need 4mm straight needles with an approx length of 35mm, or you could you a 4mm circular needle and knit backwards and forwards (not joined in the round).
