Jasmin Doll Dress Crochet Pattern

Jasmin is a halter neck fashionable dress for a 12” Barbie doll. It features a romantic floral crochet design. The mini dress molds and shapes the dolls body. The skirt has a slight flare starting from the waistline. The dress is backless and ends in a V in the center of the back of the doll. The dress has a halter neck which closes with a bead (button) and a buttonhole on the back of the neck.

Jasmin is one of my daughter Shaman’s Barbie doll. For her birthday, I gifted Shaman with dresses for all her Barbie dolls. This is first of the 14 dresses I have designed for her doll.

Skill: Advanced

Suggested Yarn: You can use any size 10 thread to make this Barbie dress – about 45 – 50 yards of thread.

I used: Anchor Embroidery Floss/ Stranded Cotton (100% Egyptian Giza Cotton; 9 yds[8m]; CYCA # 0 - Lace): #1208, 6 skeins.

Crochet Hook Size: 1.75mm/ US 00 size steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

Finished Size: Dress Length: 5.5 inches, Fits a 12" Barbie Doll.
