The pattern is written for flat knitting with the option to work it as a boot cuff or a longer leg warmer. Included are row by row instructions and symbols charts.
The sample was knit in Rowan Purelife Renew (now discontinued). A substitute yarn is shown below.
The circumference of the boot cuff and leg warmer is 33cm / 13": only the length differs.
