LoveCrafts is always the first place I look
I bought this as a substitute for a much more expensive yarn because I wanted to make jackets for children I don't see very often. It knits up very well and the finished jacket look great.
Ordering in a hurry
Very soft yarn - super chunky and project grows fast. An odd knot in the yarn but otherwise good. Using it for large throw in rib stitch so happy with it so far
I like the colours this wool came in. It was lovely that i could choose the colours that i wanted for individual family. I am pleased how lovely the items i’ve knitted, have come out, as these are presents for Christmas. i always put a ball label in with items i knit so that person can follow washing instructions. The price was right for my pocket. I have used this brand of wool before i really pleased with it and will continue using it again.
I am using an old pattern from Sirdar but the required yarn is no longer produced. Lovecraft helped me find a comparable yarn and it is Hayfield super chunky. It is knitting up well and I am very happy with it.
