on smaller sizes, there is plenty of positive ease. on the largest sizes, there is very little ease.

Partially charted through the arm holes.

Many people choose to leave off the last row on the ruffles. it's a very yarn and time consuming part, and is designed to add a little bit of interest and weight the edges down. Check out people's projects though, many love the look without the ruffle. and it's a very quick project without the ruffle.
