Gnome Pillow Draft Dodger

This adorable gnome crochet pattern is the perfect addition to your Christmas holiday home decor!

Designed as a door draft dodger but also looks fantastic as a bed or couch pillow.

Worked in seamless single crochet rounds throughout pattern. Main body, legs, arms, hat, nose and sack are all worked separately and then stuffed and sewn together at the end. Beard is made and sewn to the inside of the hat before attaching to the main body.

I used bean bag stuffing for the main body and poly fit for the other parts but could easily be stuffed with polyfil as well which would make him more “huggable” as a pillow.

Curly q at the top of his hat is created by inserting a bendable wire to create the shape. Completely optional.

Approximate finished size: 36” long x 15” tall (not including curly-q top of hat). Body circumference: 18” stuffed.

Made in more traditional Christmas holiday colors but could certainly be made in colors to match your home decor for year round gnome fun!
