The increase rounds are always done on the first round of single stranded crochet and the shrug automatically becomes wider on the double stranded rounds due to the bulk of the yarn. The ponchet has a slightly longer back than front, this makes it drape down the back better. Yardage: aproximately 1347 yards (1232m)
