Fish and Chip sweater to fit 12 months+

I have designed the sweater to fit a toddler rather than the new born ones that are readily available. Initially it will work as a tunic to keep the child's legs and arms warm,. As the child grows the sleeves will stretch slightly longer. This will ensure fthat, for children in parts of the world where garments are extremely precious, they will get as much use from it as possible. The nominal charge of £1 will be used towards transport costs to send the items I make to regions where they are desparately needed.
