Fire Engine

This is the pattern for a fire engine appliqué. I do have this pattern available for free on my website if you would prefer that option. The link is down below, but I’ve made it available for people to download as well for $1.

I’ve used 2 ply cotton and a 1mm crochet hook, but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

• Any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat 2 ply crochet cotton colours (390) Poppy Rose, (192) Scarlet, (106) Snow White, (110) Black, (074) Mercury, (242) Metal Gray, (509) Baby Blue and (208) Yellow Gold. • A crochet hook, I used a 1mm hook. • A darning needle to weave in ends. • Scissors. • Sewing thread and a needle to stitch the fire engine together.
