Fair Isle Christmas Tree charts & cushion cover

These Fair Isle charts depicting a traditional Christmas tree are worked from a number of blocks of Fair Isle brought together in a pyramid fashion. Supplied in this pattern are the building blocks so you can determine the size of your knitted Christmas tree. Also supplied are the full charts for the 6 mini tree Christmas tree and the 15 mini tree Christmas tree (as the photograph). The Christmas tree has been knitted in traditional green and red on a cream background. Rowan’s felted tweed yarn has been used in the sample. Any double knit / worsted / Aran yarn can be used for Fair Isle knitting. The gauge and measurements depicted below will be different if a different yarn is used. The knitter should have some knowledge of Fair Isle knitting methods.
